I understand my employer's responsibilities with regards to my safety at work. I know what to do in emergencies and threatening situations.
Informative and easy to follow
The training was presented in a clear format including short relevant sections . The sections were easy to follow and several breaks were built in to support concentration levels with questions interspersed to consolidate learning.
Outstanding visual and auditive video
excellent graphics to exemplify as well as memorise, at a perfect peace easy to follow, keep the attention and understand however, since this is a very important topic for lone workers and jobs that involved also lone working some of the time, i think it is too short for what it should last as should include not just an introduction of main aspects, but deeper issues, case examples, not only tips on prevention, anticipation and what is already available it also should include more contents of the policies, question the learner what other important things should be considered, and a more practical approach on dealing, avoiding and managing a risk situation with more innovative ways and experience based approaches.
