Easy to understand and follow
A well presented course that was easy to follow; a couple of points resonated, which was helpful.
Liberating
I experience periods of anxiety and have been struggling recently with one such episode. The training has reminded me of tools that I had put to one side, and introduced me to others, and I now feel that I am better equipped and have a plan to put into place when I have future challenging moments.
Interesting and makes you think.
I thought it makes you think, how we all can relate to examples given of suffering with anxiety.
Easy to follow
As a sufferer of anxiety I found this very calming and it helped me remember things do not have to be all negative. It was a good refresher

Very Positive course
As someone who suffers with anxiety in general, I feel that I am going to really focus on some of the solutions from this course, thinking of a happy word, or going to my happy place more often. I also liked the idea of making time in the day for all of the worries, and to spend this time only on them.
