some parts of the course was helpful, but some part made me feel a little stressful as i stressed that i couldn't remember all the things i'm meant to try

A good pointer to ways of dealing with

In the time available it couldn't be in depth and everyone is different, so no definite solutions but a good course to set you on a path of dealing with any anxiety you might have, and recognising when it is a problem.

somewhat patronising and limited

the option to choose only one scenario when they speak of techniques with out going back is limiting and having to complete a test on mental health issues, as someone who suffers with many of these issues is it a little insulting almost

Great idea and tool for any work environ

Everyone face different challenges daily bases. This help us how to face these challenges still maintain calm and balance emotionally and mentally and also know how to help each other at work.

Very helpful and I’m definitely gonna try some of the steps ! This course made me feel more confident in my anxiety and I’m positive I’ll cope better with my negative thoughts!

Overall pretty useful

Pretty useful – perhaps could actually have done with being a bit longer. But suggest you remove the test from this one – not really appropriate if you think about it (or at least have it without a 'pass mark').
