I would of liked to explore the other anxiety examples near the end and to see more examples of overcoming anxiety e.g practical means.

This has given me some good pointers for times when I might feel a bit overwhelmed and stressed

good hints about how to put things into perspective, ways to reduce the impact of anxiety and to recognise that its not somethin g to worry about – you can deal with it or put it in its place

Really informative and practical

Felt ‘current’ as the video spoke about COIVID-19 and the worries that surround this. The tone of the video was spot on, it gave a great balance of scientific definitions to better understand anxiety balanced with practical solutions to deal with it. It gave options for the learner to select the option most relevant to them (one was COVID related about returning to work and having to deal with colleagues that stand to close – which was great). ‘Additional resources’ are really good. Overall I would definitely recommend it!
