The pace was too slow
I found the course to be informative but a little irritating. The pace was set by the website and was too slow. Whilst this online course does serve as a useful revision tool, I think an in-person training session, with practical assessment, would be far more beneficial.

Easy to watch videos and informative

Straight forward and well explained
Totally inaccurate in what I do
I have to lift tiles out of crates with bent legs using my shoulders and forearms. Stooping under racking and leaning out of the medium level picker with arched back. If I followed these techniques I would get a fifth of the work I do
I lift all day
If I followed those guidelines I wouldn't complete my daily work schedule
