Pretty good.
I liked that the videos are broken down into sections of no longer than around a minuet. I did find the mans voice slightly dull, this made concentrating a little difficult.

Easy to understand
Nice easy simple course, very clear
Well presented and easy to understand
The course was very well presented, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and kept us engaged throughout the presentation. The material covered pretty much all that was expected and answered all questions on manual handling.
Clear instructions with visual examples.
Having a change in speaker and the mini test half way through would help keep your attention. The work place demonstrations gives you a visual understanding and the science bit educates as to why this is for your benefit.
