Long winded
Excessively lengthy for such a banal subject. Could have been covered in 5 min just as thoroughly.

easy to follow
I found it very easy to follow, and like the fact you can start / stop to complete when it's convient for me to do so. the video's and trainers were good, clear & easy to follow.
Sensible and practical advise to follow.
Good, instructive video to emphasise good and bad practices that we probably all shold be adopting/looking out for, not just at work.
