Clear and very informative
As someone who occasionally lifts loads within the workplace, I found the information provided by this course to be very helpful. The slides and video demonstrations were presented very clearly and I had no issues with retaining the information provided.

The delivery of content is very relevant.
In my honest opinion the course content works very well that it's not complicated and the time frame period is well measured where you don't get bored and lose a lack of concentration so I think they got that right.
