A good general overview.

An overview for self-help and possibly community shielding in the right work culture.

The slides and transcript are good

The questions are a little frustrating especially re CBT – CBT does look at the past in my interpretation as you are looking at past/present repetitive thoughts, practical? I suppose I do not consider reflecting on habitual thinking patterns and questioning them as being practical but perhaps that is my misinterpretation of practical – I clicked the wrong answer as I felt both answers could have been interpreted as being true. I think the questions in the test are rather black and white and can make answering some of the questions tricky.

Very important for us all to remember

Informative and helpful

Simple to understand, informative information, good advice and good test.

Really helpful!

I really liked going through the training (videos) and learning more information about Mental Health. I think it's a reality in our society nowadays, and we are the first ones that can solve the issue just by simply swapping negative thoughts to more positive ones, breathing, or being STRONG and ask for help!

Great to raise awareness

As a sufferer with my own mental health I think it is great that this topic is being talked about and learnt about. It’s so important to raise awareness on these issues to make it easier for people to recognise when someone is suffering or to give sufferers more of a ‘normal’ feeling as they know they aren’t on their own and many people have problems with their mental health.
