I really enjoyed this training. The information is something we all preach but never do ourselves. Self care is very important and I personally from now on will be taking on some of the advice given from this training. The WAP is good and I think anyone can use this for their own personal plans and goals, belly breathing really does help and I really liked the quote from Jenny French in the we are only human unit.
