Simple and obvious

I think the message that talking about Mental Health makes it more acceptable. This in turn, makes it easier to discuss openly without being odd. It is an incredibly simple, and effective message. I think this course should be essential training for all with a supervisory or managerial role. Whilst not all will engage with the message, many will, protecting their areas of responsibility and others.

Should be mandatory for all managers

This touches on the early warning signs in the work place which I feel is important for all Managers and Leaders. I like how it talks about taking care of your own wellbeing at the same time as being aware of others.

Too long and dull

Too long, very dull, and the session kept crashing every time I tried to take it.

Excellent

Everyone should complete a course like this, perhaps the world would then be a nicer place and people would 'be kind', but this course gives you the knowledge to cope when things go wrong, both for myself and others.

Little long and lots of common sense

Would prefer if it delved into the psychology behind the illnesses. Was quite long, I think it could be made more snappy.

a simple and informative course

a Great course to help people recognise within themselves, and others, the signs of mental well being or lack of it. Simple ways to try and address the issues, which possibly could have been expanded on with some examples. The manager is no equipped to note the issues, it's now about what to do after that!
