Great to get online training
Being 10,000kms from our HR/HQ and having to contend with an 8-hour time zone difference, it's great to be able to get online training. The course and content was intersting and food for thought. Thanks Iain
Very helpfull and informative
This course will help me to listen better when talking to my teams regarding any mental helath issues, and it helps people to understand its not a weakness or a failing to ask for help.
I did find it a little patronising
also the quality of the picture and sound were poor (the picture kept pixelating and the sound was compromised.

It was very useful with some nice resources but perhaps a little bit too long.
Interesting and helpful
A lot of common sense, learnt a lot, and good to know my management skills are moving in the right direction. Food for thought.
