The course is very informative.

The course was very informative and provided a lot of useful information in how to deal with your own mental health, along with others in the workplace or at home. It also provided useful techniques on how to focus on your own breathing, in order to make yourself feel better.

Comfortable and Confident

This course has made me feel more comfortable/confident when someone comes to me. This has sensitized me to identify someone that might need some help. Mental Awareness certainly has a stigmatism about it that makes some uncomfortable.

Simple, clear explanations.

Good signposting of additional resources and easy to download during the course, without too much interruption of the delivery. Useful mix of practical suggestions/tasks and 'theory'.

Good, well thought-out content

The sound effects made it impossible to hear the speech a lot of the time. Listening through earphones they were much, much louder than the speech and actually painful to the ear, and of a nature that leaves me feeling traumatised. It was some time before I found the subtitles and could turn off the sound. I suggest you remove these sound effects altogether – they totally detract from an otherwise good course.

Mental health awareness is very important at all times but especially at the moment with the Covid
