Very enjoyable and full of information

Course content was very good and thought provoking really enjoyed it and think its a good idea to do this on a regular basis to keep it fresh in your mind

Great way of promoting awareness of how to recognise symptoms and sources of help- such as self help and finding professional help.

Good starting point

I feel like the challenge of mental health has a long road to go but this course is a good starting point for the workplace. I'm not sure the human brain was ever meant to deal with such a fast paced society and the frequent competitive situations we get thrown into in order to succeed but the mental toolkits, breathing exercises and advice this course gives are helpful resources for people to deal with and improve on their mental health.

Very informative

Learnt a lot about mental health and well-being. ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover!’ Always take the time to listen to people that maybe struggling!
