Highly recommended course

I have learned a lot of new important things about mental health today. The videos were very good, they explained well and made it easy for me to understand. I now feel that I am armed with the correct tools which gives me the confidence to help others or see the signs on my self or others.

Clear and Concise

The course is a little long for a teacher to try to get it done in the midst of everything else- but with some time allowance it is a good course – unfortunately most CPD is crammed into a busy day so how much of it sticks is another issue!

information was straight forward and easy to understand

Could be very helpful

Thanks for giving mental health a proper seeing to. Fight, flight, freeze or fawn. Very often fawning seems the safest reaction. More and more people find that CBT only reinforces PTSD or CPTSD and that actions such as eye movements (EMDR) or tapping are more effective especially in an FFFF reaction. Plural subjects need plural verbs and effect is more accurate than impact unless discussing an accident, a physical jolt.

My Mother died of Mental illness and me doing this Certificate really means alot in my Life.

Am so grateful for having completed the course successfully, mental health is eating up the Humans silently as people have no awareness about the symptoms and disease itself, either are they aware of fighting the symptoms before it becomes serious with this CERTIFICATE i believe i will be able to spread the awarenes of mental health in the community and around the world. thank you. Good comprehensive advice.

Heightens the awareness of good metal health and the equal importance of good physical health, proving that the two are inter-related. A refresher on the things to look out for and encouragement to speak to a trusted party when the conditions manifest themselves – a problem shared is a problem halved!
