I’m an ex mental health nurse This training course was perfect to enable everyone from various walks of life to understand how mental health affects so many individuals around us in the workplace and family and friends.

I found the latest online training ‘Mental Health Awareness’ very informative, easy to understand, but most importantly reaching out to everyone, to give them the tools to know how to deal with any mental health thoughts that may be over whelming at home and in the workplace.
