A very good holistic course for improving mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

The mental health course is excellent for helping cope with not only daily stresses and anxieties but helping focus on mental illness as well, coping with hidden long-term health problems and disorders such as anxiety and depression, which if they persist could have a serious long-term impact on an individual's health and wellbeing. Very useful toolkits, advice and additional resources were also provided to help improve lifestyle choices for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and resources where to seek help if necessary for a wide range of mental health disorders and conditions.
