I found it useful
I am now more aware of the different types of mental illnesses and how i can implement a more positive mindset. For example, breathing exercises.
I felt this was a helpful course.

Always a good thing
Mental health awareness is always a good thing, and like emotional, physical and spiritual health is important for life and livelihood. Good resources are available along with the main material. However, the spiritual aspect of maintaining good mental health is poorly represented unless you are Buddhist or some such and are happy to try yoga or guided meditation to empty the mind which is contrary to other spiritual practices. That being said the focus on what the individual can do is healthy. I am also aware that this is about maintaining good mental health so that work contribution is maintained.
useless and meaningless

Good information
Good course content thank you! I think everyone should be made more aware of this topic in the workplace, especially Managers and HR who traditionally will not be any help whatsoever and may even be the root cause of an employee's problems!
Informative, understanding and relevant.

Good!
Good recording, clear and very informative, with additional resources.
Relevant and necessary in todays work
This is a long overdue training course which is useful to everyone even if they don’t think it is. It covers a subject which has always carried a stigma which means we all choose to hide and avoid confronting the signs. I found it very useful and feel so much calmer for completing it. Thank you :-D
Fine, provides some useful info
It provides some useful information but for the most part doesn't go beyond fairly basic advice. The format could be a bit more interesting, e.g. interviewing people with experience of mental health issues, more tests/exercises etc. The mental health guide associated with the course suggests alternative therapies such as homeopathy and reiki, but does not make clear that these are not evidence-based.
