This was very good, relevant training.
The training was highly relevant to my job role, because some of the learners with whom I work suffer from a lack of emotional wellbeing. I also have a very good friend who suffers from much anxiety and who occasionally displays symptoms of depression. The training will be beneficial for me in supporting all of the above – and future college students who may suffer from mental health imbalances/emotional turmoil.

excellent training and a must
I am recovering from depression myself and I did find this helpful. I realised that after taking this training that were are not alone, also there is help out there too.. the Belly breathing I find it helps to relax .. so yes a very good training course…

Modern, engaging and examples relatable
I found the presenters engaging, the time spent on each topic/category just right and i liked the additional content – it felt current and up to date.
