A valuable introduction
I felt the course was a great introduction and gave some very useful tips for improving mood, eg positive thinking, the importance of good nutrition, difference between reality and imagination. I particularly valued the WAP and the Mental Health and Wellness guide.
A reasonable course
A reasonable course, most of it is common sense but there are a few new words and meanings to be learnt. I can see that if someone does have mental health problems that reading about it and the solutions is a good thing.
Excellent presentation
Very informative and helpful. All sections are covered and especially like the exercise and nutrition parts.

It is an excellent training, easy to follow and informative. I wish all the trainings could be like this one. I really enjoyed going through it. Well done to all those who designed and created it.

Made you question your own well being.
Provided me with lots of facts and tools to address my own well being , also made me aware that I had been that person who was supportive willing to listen and not be judgemental . Also must remember to take lunch breaks away from my desk , increase the volume of water I drink daily.
