It was helpful and easy to understand
Some people, especially men, can find very hard to open up about their struggle. I believe the fact that our company opened a discussion with this course about the topic, shows that they are opened and we can trust. The course also offered additional material to help the listeners which I think many of us will find useful. Very appreciated!

Very insightful & provides useful tools
I enjoyed this course. It was broken down into small manageable sections that i can work around my day. It explains the issues clearly and doesn't over complicate things while removing any stigma. It is great that they have so many resources and tools as well. This way we can continue to review and learns on specific topics if needed.
