Helpfully course with lots of good information
Easy to digest and very informative.
I very much enjoyed this training, it was a good reminder of how to identify possible mental health issues and how to manage them and advise others. Thank you.

The course dismisses stress as: "the state of mental or emotional "strain" that comes from difficult or demanding experiences."
