a lot of repetition

This one repeats a lot of information that the other two went through

Easy to follow and well presented

This course is easy to follow and well presented. My only criticism is that it is long and I would prefer it to be delivered in shorter chunks.

Good course

It is a good little course but 41 minutes is quite long. Smaller modules of 10 minutes would be better. I know i can stop and start but my mind likes to complete it.

Good quick insight into Mental Wellbeing

I enjoyed this course as it is an area I am interested in. It would have been interesting to go into some of the areas a bit more.

Very long but very informative

This course has a good variety of different self help techniques. The course page itself is a bit hard to navigate as it's confusing to know which sub sections and main sections of the course you have already completed. All in all a lot of different mental health problems have been addressed. I think in future I would like to see a mention of other cognitive disorders such as Autism being mentioned.

Good introduction to Mental Health

Well structed and good introduction to the concept of Mental Health, understanding the different forms (anxiety, depression, etc) and ways to address this.
