Very interesting
Interesting to see how to improve own resilience whilst also being able to recognise and support others to improve theirs.
just not based on reality
most of it was unrealistic and based on unrealistic work enviroment as most of these training videos seem to be based on some fictional perfect working. SMART is just another tool to be used by business to bully and harrass staff then accuse them of being the victim if they ever make a comment and this video seems reinforce that idea, really did not learn anything from this.
Clear, informative, insightful
I am surprised there is such a course arranged for COWI's new employees. The course has been designed with a very easy understanding content for the sort of abstract concept termed as a kind of skill. The course may disadvantage some employees as they do not perform any physical exercise. Indeed, high strength and regular physical exercise, like marathon running, helps to withstand stresses and recover from setbacks. The quality of resilience helps employees to have a bigger strength to deal with problems and stresses. It is certainly a personal quality to survive better more than just a skill.

Pointless
The time doing these pointless tasks takes us away from our jobs Therefore our work is affected which could affect the company's performance and standards resulting in people losing there jobs This review relates to every training you send us
Nonsense
Just wishy washy rhetoric.
Excellent course on resilience.
I regard myself as being a very resilient person but having recently suffered a setback I was determined to approach this training with a growth mindset and gain fresh learning opportunities from it. Which I did, I was able to see that I have recently slipped back into a bit of black & white thinking and taken on a victim mindset. This training enabled me to jump back on board with fresh self-awareness and take care of my resilience. Even people with a good level of resilience can slip back at times and it's important to recognise this and keep going.
