A good do-able approach to managing those feelings of being overwhelmed by life.

I will try some of the suggestions. Have already started a thought diary.

A common sense & useful reminder of the importance of resilience in the workplace.

Although this course didn't tell me anything I hadn't heard previously, it was a useful reminder of how important resilience is and the tools and habits we can use to make sure we are sufficiently resilient to meet the challenges of working life and grow from them.

Really helpful

I need to improve my resilience in both the workplace and in my personal life. I found this training helpful, providing plenty of tools to utilise next time I experience a setback, or think too negatively about myself.

Great Content Engaging Trainer

I enjoyed this. The extras were on point and the presenter engaging. The content was relevant and there were good learning points to take away from it.

TERRIBLE

THIS DOESNT REFLECT REAL LIFE SITUATIONS AND IS SIMPLY A HYPOTHETICAL IDEALISTIC RESPONSE TO SITIATIONS AND TAKES THE HUMAN ELEMENT AWAY.

important and reflective training

The training was engaging and thought-provoking, reinforcing the importance of resilience in everyday life and how we can teach ourselves better strategy for the complex world with complex needs we have to deliver in social housing.

Very well balanced

I really enjoyed the tone of the course. It's a difficult subject to 'guide', as it's very easy to interpret a course on resilience as a way of telling staff to accept whatever comes their way in a positive manner, when that is not always possible or the right thing to do. The course aligned almost perfectly with the way I aim to conduct myself and respond to challenges in work and in life. Full marks!
