Handy tools to face everyday challenges

A surprisingly useful course, helping you see why difficult or annoying situations can have such a negative effect on us and what we can all do about it. A helpful toolkit of methods to take a step back, assess the problem, see what you CAN do to improve it, learn from setbacks and end up with a sunnier outlook all round! This course will take 35 mins if you plough through in one go, but it's work pausing it when it asks you to think about recent setbacks in your own life, and taking the time to work through the suggestions about how to look at the situation differently.
