Useful & sensible

Doesn't deal with major demolition jobs on one's confidence Seemed clear at the time, but looking back at my notes – it appears a complete muddle. I suppose spending a little while sorting out the notes enables the whole thing to mentally "go in".

Food for thought

I enjoyed this training and it really makes you think about your own resilience and how to improve it.

the course was relevant and easily relatable to real life. Much of it is information that we may know already, but this session presents it within a framework that adds clarity to ideas a simple as 'think before you act', 'get the facts', 'take a breath' as well as encouraging positive mental attitude and physical/emotional wellbeing.
