Very informative and interesting

I took a lot of information out of this Coarse and would recommend it to my fellow workers

Brilliant for raising awareness

Structure and delivery of material is great, was able to do 10 mins on my lunch break and finish the remainder with a cuppa when i got chance. I think its fantastic to raise awareness of this, in general there needs to be more focus on employee wellbeing and this this content highlights that resilience, adaptability and productivity is directly related to how employees feel about themselves and their mental health. I know this is a short 30 min course and not designed to be too challenging, but I felt the content & quiz was too basic, I believe most of the answers could have been guessed without paying attention to the course.

This course was thought provoking, yet easily relatable and the contents were current; the subject was engaging throughout. As a new employee I felt it was comforting that the employer was addressing components of mental health. I feel that there would be support offered should there need be.

Very useful and relevant training course

I found this training course to be very helpful especially during these unprecedented and challenging times with COVID-19 pandemic. This will definitely make a change to how I will handle stressful situations going forward.

Brilliant course

It made me think about how i react to certain situations in and out of work, great course
