Good course
It's a pity the additional resources could not be made available for download so that participants could have them printed to use in conjunction with the e-learning.

Excellent course, very interesting and helpful.
Does make you think?
I found this course very interesting, albeit a bit on the long side at 19 slides, I think the course could have been condensed into roughly 10 slides. there are a lot of tips and pointers that I can take away and work with but putting some of them into practice on site will take time,
Positive Reminder
Good for people to be reminded when their vision occasionally gets blurred and they doubt their selves. Knowing everyone slots into one of the options that was discussed
Good on the psychology, eventually.
The course was very timely in the current Covid 19 cirmustances, but was only effective after the first four videos. ; those seemed less about healing the individual and more focussed on the relience concept being 'corporate friendly' by focussing on the company's dependancy on individuals' wellbeing. Those episodes has a discernible flavour of outmoded late 1980's early 1990' 'Corporate Training Videos'. This was patent also in the demeanour of the presenter in those episodes who was stern and somewhat off-putting. The portrayal of the association of overwhelmed individual to company outlook could cause another spike of 'guilt' in that individual where their personal challenges where being funnelled into an added aspect of work and corporate failure. Persisiting beyond those initial episodes, the course was good in consolidating essential elements of personal wellbeing and was clear on the methods of how to a
Very Informative
The course amplified what i'm trying to do everyday, Gave me a few usefull pointers, raised a few issues close to me !!
Too Personal
I found it really good as a reminder/ reset, especially working remotely in a pandemic, however, like most such training, the focus is always on the person doing the training. It's self-help even though it's about work in a company/ organisation. While it is true to a large extent that people should cheer up, get motivated, etc. nothing beats a good manager/ leader as resilience spills down. What to do then if management is bad, the company distant/uncaring? Just deal with it using the 5 pillar techniques? Change jobs? Is this a gap in the course? It's simply not true that to change the way you look at things is the ONLY solution when taking about an organisational problem – because the organisational problem remains unaddressed, but the employee is cheered up and resiliently looking for a better job (inner core values) or accepting the deal and changing their personal perspective. For the 5th star, the course needs to offer to fill that
Condescending & insult to intelligence
I felt this ''course'' simply pointed out the obvious and was psychological rather than practical in any way. another tick in the box exercise to show the company is allegedly tackling a mental health and awareness aspect. We work in construction not the psychology department of a university. I also felt that the language used & images presented in the delivery were childish and for someone with a strong educational background, it felt like my intelligence was being questioned and at times mocked. The solutions offered are simply common sense.

Good and interesting.
I learned more about resilience and what it was about.
