Interesting and motivating

A very useful course. It explains that people can experience difficulties in various situations but gives tools and techniques to deal with them. Being resilient is not necessarily something everyone is good at – but it is something that can be learned: become aware of what you're thinking/feeling, analyse why you think/feel that way then address the situation from this new perspective. I found it incredibly insightful. Great!

We can get all wrapped up in day to day life, the resilience training makes you stop and look at your own thinking and how we react to certain circumstances. I found the training very straight forward and did make me think about my own feelings and thought process.

a difficult subject to learn on-line

There were a lot of 'statements' that could perhaps have been contextualised more effectively with more varied and examples
