Clear direction is given with a 5 step process which should simplify all risk assessing.

Easy to understand
The course was well structured and adequately explained
was excelant only had subtitles not soun
Only problem I had was could not get sound had to rely on subtitles
only trouble I found I could not get any

I liked that it was done online and that you were tested after each section so you could review. It was particularly good refresher training.
