Sensible course
Easy to navigate and complete.
easy and concise
I liked that it was done online and that you were tested after each section so you could review. It was particularly good refresher training.
Very good overall
I felt some of the questions in the test were twisted and therefore felt tricky to get right but equally some were very simple and easy to get right. I found that a little frustrating as I second checked myself many times.

A good informative course with simple to follow steps. I liked the fact that you could go back and review if you were unsure which really helped to take the information in.
not easy to access otherwise ok
Not an easy to access system if never used before. Not much time given to complete the course itself, i.e. little notice and a tight time scale. However once signed in it was simple and easy to follow.

Never done before a bit nervous but can honestly say I enjoyed it.
