Healthy work place
An healthy work environment, free of any kind of intimidation and full of good spirits is a good place to work. Also people must be open minded enough, to understand if anything, said or done, really crosses the red lines and strict enough, to report anything that might intimidate them, in terms of not feel comfortable to odd behaviours and speech.

Good but could be better
As an awareness course it is correct, but this is a complex issue to handle both at work and outside work.
The course is concise and objective.
The course highlights the nature of sexual harassment at the workplace and the procedure or channels of grievances and ways to deal with the situation if any.
Interesting and very engaging.
It pin points the elements of a sexual harassment and hence making it clear what constitutes a sexual harassment.
