the format is engaging but wasn't happy about some of the content

Two key points: 1. I think it's gone too far to demo that sexual harassment can come from either gender. Male on female bullying/sexual harassment is more common and there are still grey areas. For example, my Line Manager (a Doctor) called me 'fat, female and over 50' in public when I had mentioned an illness. I suppose he thought he was just stating facts. But I felt humiliated. What is that? 2. I think there's another area that is missed entirely. Cultural differences. As a Line Manager , I had to deal with a situation where one woman (from a very traditional culture) was offended by chat in the office between two co-workers. This is not about the specifics or the actions I took, but looking at the big picture, does this mean organisations have to evolve their behaviours and norms to the most conservative member, even if they are not the majority or the 'norm' in that locale? I continue to try to be neutral here because I genuinely do not know the answer. I can see difficulties either way.

I believe everyone should know about this course.

I am going to share all I learn with people I know.

I think everyone should know abi

Informative, clear and to the point

Situational examples make the concept very clear

Informative and engaging

The course succinctly reviews sexual harassment and the policy that is in place for the company, ensuring that it is known by all that take the course the boundaries in place.

It was effective in providing clarity to what sexual harassment is.

I enjoyed getting clarity on this subject and the many examples that were presented.
