This course is very efficient and clear our doubts on what is sexual harassment and how to deal with the situation if you are a victim.
Nothing in this course we shouldn't already know.
We would learn more by ensuring we all read the relevant policies – there is no way of recording when staff read policies, in previous schools we have needed to sign to say they've been read and this was recorded on a central register.

This course has definitely widened my view on what can be classed as Sexual Harassment, what to look out for and how to report it etc. Very informative but in nice, small, easy to understand chunks of information.
