A very good awareness course for both employees and management
It's very easy to believe your actions are with good intent, but can often be most offensive to an indivial, male or female. not intentionally, but very easy to make that mistake if you haven't read their own personal feelings, even if you are a manager or an employee. An extremley good course.

Informative, Educational & Worth The Study
I feel like this is very important to have in the organisation as it educates staff on inappropriate and appropriate behaviours when in the workplace. I believe that this in return will help many individuals feel safe whilst at work as they are aware that all staff have been educated.

Usual generic cover all bases training course that offers no new information that anyone with any sense shouldn't already have. Also why did he keep changing his hair style, it made the whole thing seem very amateur.

This training should be part of mandatory training This training should be offered to all staff This training need more case scenarios, would be more beneficial to do training in groups of people to discuss scenarios and different situations – to hear different point of views and opinions.
