Very imformative and gives a very clear undetstanding of the subject matter, and, gives a clear route of how to tackle any issues arising from any potential incidents of bullying or harrassement..
I feel it is extremely important that all employees fully understand what bullying and harrassment is, how it affects people and what is deemed as bullying and harrassment, also the appropriate route to deal with it should it arise.
