Informative & Clear

The training content was explained in an easy to understand manner and examples and scenarios were helpful. The legal and policy aspects were clearly defined.

Relevant and easy to understand

In one paragraph – I thought the course was informative and covered all the key points. It was particularly good at explaining exactly what SH is.

Thorough, easy to understand course.

It's mostly common sense.

It was interesting in some ways but courses like these can tend to be quite patronising and make you feel like you're back at school being told off. They also point out how fragile our work places have become with the ever increasing rules we are all expected to live under and the ever increasing woke world we live in with each new generation.

Very clear and concise. Good pace of delivery. I enjoyed this course, thank you.

Not covered three party scenarios

Two consenting employees should be mindful of how their behaviour and exchanges may make other employees feel. If they take offence, isn't this sexual harassment too? I though the train driver scenario was poorly thought out, unless it was your intention to do so? I would consider a train driver's cab as having limited access. When the driver climbs out of their seat they have no where to go if a colleague is blocking the route out. Can't this be viewed as the colleague encroached on the train driver's space so that they have to move close by to get out? If the train driver feels uncomfortable, isn't this sexual harassment too? There are rules on access to a train driver's cabin. Is the colleague the harasser?

A well delivered and comprehensible course on a pertinent topic that should be taken by everyone.

I had a level of awareness of issues to do with sexual harassment, as the topic has been in the public domain and media for some time now, but I have learnt a lot more from the course than I had anticipated. That at the personal level, intended or unintended, it is still sexual harassment if unwanted/unwelcome, and we should all be conscious of our own personal prejudices/biases and behaviour to colleagues to help remove and prevent sexual harassment at work and our daily lives.

Very well presented you know where you stand and what to do.
