Very necessary online workshop
I only wish it included at least one example of online sexual harassment since nowadays is a very common form.
Informative
A lot is taken for granted by employees regarding this topic. Even moves that appear casual and innocent can be offensive and have grave consequences. My take away in this course: it is about how the other person feels! If it offends my colleague-whether intentional or otherwise-then it is certainly a no-go zone!
Clear, Concise, easily digestible
The training were very clean, short, visual, concise, rather than some training courses where it can be too busy/ muddled messaging/ long slide decks that you have to read. I very much gravitate towards audio/visual learning for engagement. I liked the mix between presenters, videos that helped me visualise what the presenters where referencing – VERY GOOD!
Very Informative
Excellent course, should help people recognise that sexual harassment is a serious matter and should be taken seriously, and that other peoples feeling should be taken into account even with jokes.
