Very useful training

This is a very important train which I feel every member of staff should do, because, being aware of how you should behave in order not to cause uncomfortable environment amongst your colleagues is a very important tool for a friendly atmosphere in a team.

too simplisic

The course stated that any sexual behaviour in the work place is only an issue if the recipient deems it so. There should be clear boundaries in a work place about what is appropriate and what it is not appropriate with obvious repurcusions for thos who transgress. Also it seems difficult to ask for help as sexually innapropriate behaviour could be quite subtle and perhaps it could be the case that it would only be reported when it becomes extreme. The focus seemed to be on preserving the reputation of someone accused. Instead there should be a supportive approach for those who are made to feel uncomfortable and they should be given tips for how to deal with it. As a company we need to harness an ethos of what is acceptable and what is unnaceptable and an openness so there should be no grey areeas. If colleagues chose to be in a relationship with another colleague they should disclose to HR.

Very informative

It made me think how all behaviours that could or could not be 'innocent,' can be interpreted as harassment. What matters is how the person on the receiving end thinks and feels.

Brief and to the point

Found this course to be very informative without daunting
