I thought the course was informative, easy to follow, clear about the subject and a good insight into an often grey and difficult area. It was intuitive to follow and left me in no doubt about what constitutes sexual harassment.

Overall, the Key Learning Points (KLP) are well delivered and positively enhanced with notes at the end of each slide. However, I believe the initial cartoon clip scenario could easily be resolved directly by the potential victim and moral courage to resolve issues at the lowest level should be promoted. Those who accept such sexual behaviour but then change their stance are to speak up and set such boundaries. The option of having the moral courage to prevent further escalation is only mentioned towards the end of the course and should be considered as an earlier KLP.
