Informative, sensitive to learners, useful
Very good delivery and very informative whilst bearing in mind that it is a sensitive subject. I found it easy to follow and understand and having "check in" questions also helped reiterate my understanding in the section being covered. I am more aware of the policies and procedures put in place to protect employees and what to do if a scenario occurred.
