A very informative training course which talks about the different areas where Sexual Harassment can take place.

I have no concerns with the content overall, however, I would suggest revisiting sections that state that overtly sexual behaviour might be acceptable in the workplace if the recipient is welcoming. While this may align with legal limits, it does not align with the spirit of the law around fostering a respectful environment and avoiding discomfort. I believe the training should emphasise that overtly sexual behaviour in the workplace is almost always inappropriate and should be minimised, as it is unnecessary for maintaining professional relationships. Specifically, squeezing the bottom of a colleague while retrieving poorly scaled cartoon traffic cones from the back of a car.

Very informative and useful. Not sure about how quick his hair can grow and be cut again between slides 🙂
