I really liked the format.
The format was great, the content was engaging and the it was really practical. Lots of good tips and nothing I could not being able to use practically every day. Made me think about how stressed I have really been!
Fantastic awareness opportunity
Stress awareness training was a valuable training exercise to bring awareness of how and when to take action on the level of stress we may experience in our daily lives. Useful Tools to help with the stress before it has a negative impact on our mental and physical health. So then we can manage busy lifestyles more effectively and be happier and more productive in achieving our set goals. Thanks

Best piece of advice ever …
…get a dog! I thought this course was a good introduction to the topic with some useful and practical ideas. I particularly like PIP (pause, identify, prioritise). When we're functioning 'normally' we probably don't even think about this stuff; it's useful to have a reminder of what we can do to help ourselves when things are not going so well.
Helpful Course with Good Links
Liked the breathing test and the links to helpful sites. Great that each section less than a couple of minutes – concise and helpful. Disappointed that couldn't access the stress test. Clicked on the link and took me to the site but nothing to click on to do the test.
A good course
A good insight into the causes of Stress and the ways to deal with it. It may be a good idea to roll out to all employees.
Quick
At least it was quick…
