Extremely Basic
This training session is severely lacking for such an important subject. Only covers a small handful of superficial points. Also outdated considering the growth of hybrid and remote working.

Helpful intro to time management. Gives good tips on how to manage short-term tasks & long-term goals effectively, and also how to avoid distraction.

Presentations are very good – as has become normal for my needs. Structure is such that principles explained could be easily adopted.
Easy to understand course
Enjoyed the course content and presentation. Simple scenario's used and pointers that made examples easy to remember. Liked the quotes from famous people.
Great Reminder
Have done courses like this previously, but its a great reminder of planning your day and trying to avoid time bandits.
