Very Good
Makes you aware of certain things you are not aware of!! Learnt a lot from it.
condescending and over simplistic
I found much of this to be talking down as if one didn't already consider and try to overcome innate biases. And things like only look at whether someone is fit for the job, ignores how they might fit in and react with the existing team (but maybe that is me showing my unconscious bias/ affinity effect)
challenges perceptions

Concise course
Great overall course; although time consuming! One contradictory question which should be reviewed as is designed to catch people out. This seems to go against the entire course.
A good introduction
I think this a good introductory course to unconscious bias, however, I feel that as it is often something reflected in your interactions with others, then this should be followed up with some kind of group training and understanding of where biases exist for yourself, colleagues and organisation.
An excellent course
The training is suitable and useful for all levels of the company's pyramid because it helps to better understand behaviours and reactions within a set of different people.
The course is good.
The course is good and it has come at a right time when it is needed to our organization. I believe and expect changes among us senior Managers and Management team. We expect more productivity as we execute what is in this training especially when we ensure inclusivity of every member in our team by challenging the negative biasness. The training has also give us the important tips in recruitment process and tips on how to get a good candidate by setting aside the contrast effect, which we have always making mistakes on. Also, this training has helped to understand even the negative bias about certain individuals among our team and even the external stakeholders (customers and suppliers) due to past experience is affecting our decision making and can impact the productivity within the organization.
The course was interesting.
Being for the first time to take this course, it was a bit complex for me and hot in answering questions. The translation of Biases to French is still not 100% clear for me which I consider as préjugés as it is the first time for me to hear and read this work even though I also lived in the UK and Jamaica. Thank you for this additional experience and as far as I know Britain is multicultural and hoping the same for Helios Towers as this is already applied in all its OPCOs.
overal well structured and engaging
I question why the course is targeted at Managers. It's relevant to anyone whose role involves human interactions…
Interesting and informative
I liked the structure of this training as it felt quite varied throughout. I particularly liked the availability of a transcript too as I find it easier to retain information that I've read.
