An excellent and very helpful course
Thank you very much for creating this course. It was far and away the best course of its kind I have every undertaken. It was great to have the facts about how our brains process things and the huge majority that isn't conscious! I also really appreciated the kind way the course was delivered. I ended it feeling equipped and energised to challenge and improve my behaviour and not – as with some other courses I have done – hating myself for my unconscious biases and having no clue how or motivation to improve. Thank you again!
