Very informative and educative.
The course has successfully opened our minds to aspects of human behaviours that normally are buried deep in our subconscious without check/test of their efficacy. Now, with the help of this course, we are wiser and better human beings – (for those who are willing to apply the knowledge).
New Understanding
I had always known about biases and unconscious biases, but this has taught me why we might have an unconscious bias opinion on a person/thing and how we can change our way of thinking. Also, I didn't know that there was so many types of ways of being bias.
