An interesting interlude.

Interesting in that it confirms what I have largely believed, that each experience is new and should be judged on its merits, though experience can and often does exercise an influence. Judge people on who they are, not what they look like and be aware of yourself. The key words for me were diversity and curiosity, though I feel that perhaps the course dwelt a little too much on negative bias.

Clear, concise and thought provoking

The subject was delivered in a simple, easy to follow and understandable format. Being in small, bite size chunks isn't overwhelming and aids concentration on the subject matter. Explains clearly what unconscious bias is and that it is a normal part of our make up and that we shouldn't berate ourselves for it, but challenge our patterns of thinking and behaviour.

Interesting content and well delivered

lack content

The content was obvious and predictable, it lacked depth, some of the questions were self leading, having said that it was well presented.

This did help me to open my mind.

Clear, reflective and validating.

Ver clear, concise and constructive for thinking about making changes. I have a very clear plan for ACT and it has helped me identify current biases I have. It has made me reflect how powerful the brain is a tool for making associations, and the main message is I will remember no two experiences can ever be the same.

It was ok

Interesting topic on a relatively new theory.

Easy to follow
