I enjoyed doing this training. The course presenter was superb; she had a very clear, engaging approach which kept one's interest completely. The layout of the information on the screen was excellent.

Took a while to get going
I thought that the second half of the course was much more engaging than the first half (lots of repetition). I also felt that some of the multiple choice questions were difficult to make sense of – I feel that I have a fairly high level of literacy/comprehension and had to re read several times to make sense of some of the double/triple negatives so I can imagine it would be much harder for someone less confident in their reading or those with dyslexia. Perhaps the questions could have been a little clearer/more direct to make the test fairer for all. Overall it was a thorough course delivered with a good mix of speech, writing and graphic.

Easy to follow and interesting, this course was quite thought-provoking. The presenter was clear and watchable and the various segments were short and to the point.
