Extremely Insighful

An insightful explanation of what drives human behaviour but equally stated measures to address these often harmful actions.

Very informative

I learnt a good deal about how unconscious bias works and how best to apply the strategies to ensuring I embrace difference and diversity.

Informative and thought provoking

The course helped me think and reflect fully on unconscious bias in an approachable and non-judgemental way. It taught me things I hadn't fully considered before, such as different types of bias, and how to ID and start to challenge them.

Gives people a good starting point

I feel the training is a good starting point in regards to giving people a good understanding of unconscious bias. So in other words gives a good foundation. However I feel that it could have included more examples and more in depth examples of unconscious bias to give an even greater understanding to participants completing this. After completing this training, more training, theory or practical needs to be done; as this isn't enough as a stand alone training.

Very interesting!

Very well put together, not at all boring and very enlightening about something that is, well…………….unconscious! I enjoyed doing the course and must admit, it does make you think twice

Infantile

Is this a joke , you talk about conformity bias and then want everyone to conform to your way of thinking , what I think is irrelevant unless it manifests itself in behaviour and that is the only way to measure bias as meta-analysis has shown the IAT test to be a weak predictor of behaviour . All my bias are ideological against anyone who tells me how to think and Mahzarin Banaji has said bias training should not be mandatory

Excellent

I found it very interesting and informative. I liked the structure of the course also.

It was good and interesting

It went into some nice detail and was easy to follow and understand, well presented.

Very informative and not too heavy 🙂

Well produced

Video is good for learning, but not everyone gets engaged by this – a few more activities within the course, that they do not have to stop and go away with would be better. Maybe some video scenarios and interaction. Branching perhaps. Other than, that, i learnt something, which shows it works.
