A knowledgeable multimedia course
It was eye -opening to understand why stereotyping, familiarity and affinity bias occur which are common in all walks of life. This course has definitely encouraged me to question situations more and made me aware that some actions need to be challenged even though they occur frequently in all types of places.
essential training and a good refresh
An excellent course and well worth undertaking. It is always important to examine your assumptions and keep an eye on your micro actions inside and outside the work place.

a basic course, easy to follow
Easy to access and log in. Simple course, questions very easy. I couldn't get any sound from my laptop, tried headphones but still no sound.

Thoughtful and positive
very positive and clear in it's message. Really made you think and challenge what you thought but in a positive way without making you feel guilty or ashamed. Very good presenter. great resources, including photos and video clip. perfect for illustrating the point. If there is one complaint, there could have been more. Liked the way the transcript kept up with the presenter as she spoke and the small insert of her whilst viewing the script was very good.
