A few people I know could do with watchi
Very interesting & makes you stop & think about how many people I know ate bias, just because people have Tattoo's, dyed hair, the list is endless.
Clear, well presented, reflective
The course was very clearly and well presented, with good opportuity to reflect and note my own reactions and learnings. I appreciated the section summaries. I valued the personal challenge and advice for helping look at things differently as we go forward from the training.

More understanding on Unconscious Bias
Very clear – and interesting
A pefect introduction to UNconscious Bias. The training would be beneficial for employees in any industry.
Slow and uninformative
I can read much more quickly than it takes me to listen to a recording – let me skip ahead to the next section as soon as I've read the transcript
Good reminder
Good reminder of the categories of unconscious bias, particularly good was the prompt to reflect and examine our reactions to highlight areas for challenge.
Nowhere near enough
Whilst this session helps to raise awareness, the presentation of ideas is much too basic. And to say that we shouldn't judge someone for one fault is ridiculous, what about if that person is repeatedly sexist? Or racist? Is the course suggesting this person's fault should be overlooked in favour of other, positive traits?
Lots to think about
An area that I haven't previously explored very much, very interesting and informative. Understanding why we make unconscious biased decisions from past situations and events was a really helpful exercise. Be curious but be kind, a great message to takeaway from this course.
