Brilliant and eye opening

This is the best course I have done with iHASCO and is very clear and concise. It has really made me think and reminded me of how much we all need to think about UB in order to combat it.

The coursegot my mind thinking

The delivery was good and informative. Got my mind thinking. Although, with my job I have trained myself many years ago how to get along with all types of personalities and people. This was a great review to stay in tune with my own biases and reactions to things.

Enlightening, well described

I had never come across this training but heard the phrase 'unconscious bias' lots of times in a variety of situations/conversations. I now understand what it means and will be able to look at my own practices to ensure that I try really hard to alter any bias's that I may have and be able to identify them. Thank you

Four stars: very good

It was clearly presented and easy to follow. The questions were on things already discussed. It was thought provoking, and having analysed the issue, the course suggested a strategy to deal with it, and encouraged implementation. It is of course a big subject , but as a starting point, the course was certainly valuable .

not much information

full of nonsense masquerading as science

This course sets out to prove a point (or many) about human conscious and unconscious behaviour. It is, in itself, full of pseudo science and biases. Whilst well-meaning it only encourages staff to question themselves in a way that the course designers have decided is the correct way of thinking and behaving. It was, to use a vernacular, a load of bollocks.

very easy to understanding

good length. good short clips. test at the end easy to follow
